Garlic Chicken

4 words to sum up this dish. Quick, easy, economical and tasty. You need to have recipes in your repertoire that you can whip up with little effort when you have things to get done.  Everybody is a little busier now than ever. We're all trying to cram more things in to our days. That doesn't mean we have to eat poorly. Grabbing something from the fast food joint is an easy out, but we aren't really doing ourselves a favor. When it comes down to it, it's our loved ones that we are feeding. Our busy lives shouldn't mean that we shove bad food in our loved ones mouths. A bit of planning ahead goes a long way in our well being.

Garlic Chicken
Garlic Chicken

4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bit size pieces
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 whole head of garlic minced

marinate in the fridge for an hour or mix thoroughly and throw it in a hot pan. once the meat starts to brown, turn the fire down to medium to keep the garlic from burning. a nice golden brown shade to the garlic brings it the nice sweet flavor.

Serve hot with rice and a fried egg. Enjoy!
